Is there warranty?
No warranty or guarantee is given or implied. Any and all existing extended warranties that may be in place will be cancelled, despite the fact that an extended warranty may appear at the time of purchase and the warranty company may indicate that the warranty is transferrable. However, the buyer must not base their bidding on whether the unit does or does not have factory warranty
If two Auto bids of the same amount are placed on the same item by different bidders, then the first Auto bid submitted remains the high bid until a higher bid is placed. (not applicable to sales where duplicate Auto bids are prohibited.)
